How to Order
Ordering photo restoration, repair and enhancement services from 2graphic couldn't be easier.
~ 1 ~ Choose Service & Level
Look at our overview of each level of service (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced & Miracle) and choose which level of restoration/colouring you think best matches your photo. Browse through the examples for more guidance. If you're not sure or your photo requires advanced work there's a "note sure " option on our order form.
~ 2 ~ Complete Quote/Order Form
Fill in the Instant Quote / Order Form choosing the options as appropriate. The order form will automatically calculate the total as you go along for standard restoration work.
~ 3 ~ Print your order
If you have access to a printer and will be sending your photo by post, please print the order form out once completed. It will be formatted differently to fit onto an A4 page.
~ 4 ~ Complete the Order
Clicking "Complete Order" will email the quote/order details through so we know to expect your photo.
~ 5 ~ Send your photograph
Send your photo either by post or email. See here for guidance on sending your photographs.
What happens next?
Once your photo's been received it'll be assessed. We'll get back to you with a definitive quote - so don't worry if you're not sure which level of restoration to choose.
Only once you agree to the quote will work start on bringing your photo back to life. If you don't wish to go ahead with the restoration work then your photo will be returned*.
How you can Pay You'll be emailed a proof of your restored photo, usually within a week. Please make your payment but only pay if you're happy with the restoration! Once payment is received your restored photo will be printed and sent along with the original.
