More Examples of Advanced Photo Repairs

Some more of the photography repairs we have done recently that fall under our Advanced Service.

Example #8: Very faded photograph repaired

An old photograph that has suffered from heavy fading with age. When enhanced with our specialist software many spot, dirt and dust marks became much more evident than can be seen on the reduced size example here. The fading was also inconsistent and extra work had to be put in to even out the tonal balance of the picture. The final results are quite amazing and the customer was pleasantly surprised by the level of detail recovered.

Example #9: Repairing creased photo (detailed)

The volume of creases and the detailed nature of the background meant this photo required our Advanced Restoration Service. As you can see we were able to mend the crease damage, remove the stains and enhance the sharpness & contrast giving the customer a lovely clear black & white photograph to treasure.

Example #10: Badly damaged photo restored

Heavy creasing, stains, dirt spots, damaged corners, fading, scuff marks, ... this photo was in quite a state when we received it. After a few hours with one of our photograph restorers all this damage was repaired. A beautiful sepia print was made and we have another very satisfied customer.
