We want you to be happy with your retouched photo.
To assure you we won't take your money and run - like some of the cowboys who offer photo retouching services on the internet - we ask for no money up front. If you wish to send payment when you send your photo - for your convenience - we won't cash your cheque until you're happy with the finished result.
We will assess your photo and give you a definitive quote. Work won't start on your photograph until the price has been agreed.
You'll be sent a screen resolution proof by email so you can assess the results of the restoration work.
If you are not happy with the results then you won't be charged*.
* If you would prefer your photo returning using Recorded or Special Delivery we request a small charge to cover this premium.
